Acceptance of terms

By using Aruba Tonight you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be 18 or older to use Aruba Tonight.

What Aruba Tonight is

Aruba Tonight is a guide to nightlife and events in Aruba. Venue details, opening hours, prices, event times and availability are provided by venues, organisers and our own research, and they can change without notice. Always confirm with the venue before you go. We do not guarantee that anything shown is accurate, complete or up to date.

No bookings or payments in the app

We do not take reservations, sell tickets or process payments in the app. Any booking, ticket or reservation link takes you to a third party. Your dealings with that venue or seller are between you and them, and we are not responsible for them or for the websites and social pages we link to.

Promoted listings

Some events and venues are promoted, for example under Featured Tonight. These placements may be paid for and are marked PROMOTED. A promotion is advertising, not our recommendation or endorsement.

Information you send us

If you submit a venue, an event, pictures or a message, you confirm that you are authorised to share it and that it is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You allow Aruba Tonight to display, edit and remove what you send within the app, and to contact you about it. We may refuse, change, or remove any submission at our discretion. A submission is not a guarantee that it will be published.

Using the app properly

Please do not misuse the app: do not send false or harmful submissions, attempt to break into or overload our systems, copy the app's content in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access if these terms are broken.

Responsible enjoyment

Please drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and follow local laws and each venue's rules, including its age requirements. You are responsible for your own choices and safety when you go out.

Our content

The Aruba Tonight name, logo, design and content belong to Aruba Tonight or its licensors. Venue names, logos, photos and flyers belong to their owners and are shown with their permission or for the purpose of listing them. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limits on our responsibility

The app is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Aruba Tonight is not liable for losses or harm arising from your use of the app, from information shown in it, from events or venues listed in it, or from links to other sites. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The latest version is always in the app, and continuing to use the app means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Questions? Email contact@arubatonight.com.
